I sourced this as " NEW - OPEN BOX " however, while opening the contents I do see that the portable DVD player is in new condition with the film protector still on it's screen BUT, it is missing the remote, the RCA cable and the bubble wrap that protects the item was also opened. I had decided to test the DVD player and it does work. My listing price will reflect these flaws.
