Vintage Health-Tex size 12m overall and tee set. Both are in excellent Vintage condition. Such an amazing set. Navy blue over all with a stitched seal design. Snaps, for easy diaper changes, are all in good working condition. The striped tee is 50% polyester and 50% cotton with an orangey red, blue and white stripes..soft and comfy.
