This is a COACH 2-way bag. (Can be used as a waist pouch or a pochette)
I purchased this at a COACH directly-managed store in Hawaii over 25 years ago.
I originally bought it as a waist pouch, but I never used it and it has been stored in my closet.
However, due to aging, there is some clouding and rust on the brass buttons and strap金具. I think it can be removed by polishing... It's an unused item, only tried on.
A shoulder strap is also included so it can be used as a pochette.

The material is high-quality leather, also used for baseball gloves, and is a standard material for old COACH items.
