Set of 5 Uranium, Honey Amber, & Ruby Vaseline Wine Glasses

5 3/4" in height and 2 1/2" in diameter across the Honey amber, amber, uranium glass in the "Royal Fan" or "Turkey Tracks" pattern. In excellent vintage condition!
“These glasses were made circa 1920s-1930s in Nybro which was then a small town in the glass district of Sweden by Pükeberg Glasbrok, or Pükeberg Glassworks. Today, Pükeberg is a center for experimental glass creation, education, & where the Pükeberg Museum is housed. Pükeberg Glasbrok was founded in 1871 in Nybro, Sweden by master glassblower Conrad Nyström, who had worked at Kosta and Boda glassworks.These glasses have a fascinating history: In 1925 Reijmyre Glassworks in Sweden went out of business. Jules Henri Venon purchased some of Reijmyre's glass designs, in 1927, he acquired U.S. Patents on them. Very limited amounts of this high-end glassware actually made it to the U.S. due to the stock market crash of 1929 Great Depression. These pieces have become extremely rare, and some are known only to avid collectors”
