I lack proper qualifications to evaluate this neato device properly. That said, it can complete the vendor specified calibration procedure and it appears to respond to the various scenarios presented on the RF Demo Board. (Band Pass, Low Pass, High Pass, etc...)
There is no damage, display is bright and clear, buttons and stylus work as intended.
Looks like it works to me, but my lack of know how is priced in! So you do take an arguably small risk, but get a great deal!
