I believe the disc drive is the issue, likely an easy fix, I just never got around to it.
All parts included, two non-dualshock ps1 controllers (Sony brand), all cables, one memory card.
both controllers function, as well as memory card (memory card is not erased, feel free to do so)
I have taken the console apart a fair few times but only to the extent of taking the bottom cover off.
