These are stunning and HEAVY
Virginia metalcrafters began brass crafting in 1938 and seized business in 2006
They appear to have been used and there is what I would assume melted candle wax on the bottom of one of them in the velvet material.
This would probably clean up good by someone more experienced with pieces like this!
