Miss O by Oscar de La Renta Designer Evening Gown Dress. Black velvet. Label Size: 8 (no stretch) but in today's world in 2025 it's more like around size 4-ish. Measurements are in pictures. True vintage from the 1980s. This is in great condition considering it's true vintage. Quality, rich velvet materials make the dress feel soft and durable. Skirt area has tulle layers that make for a flouncy skirt that looks super cute when you walk. The shoulders also have tulle layers that make puff sleeves.
The front of the dress has the cutest bow around the neckline. The dress is ruched then flares into a puffy skirt bottom. Very nice and form fitting.
Dress has 2 zipper closures. One on the side and the other on the back. See pictures. The side zipper does have a small tear in the seam right above where the zipper ends. Could be easily resewn. Tear not clearly visible since it does zip up around the armpit area so when your arms are down, you can't really see the loose threads.
