Works very well and has been factory reset. The controls are great, no stiffness, delay or lost sensitivity. I've only used it a few times and I've decided to go to grad school so I don't use it very often.
The only issue with it are these little marks on the silicone comfort attachment because I once took it off to adjust it and my ferret took a nibble cause she loves soft rubbery things. It doesn't affect the comfort of it at all nor are they deep, but I've lowered the price because of it. A new one is around $10.
