This is a truly rare doll released in the US from 2012 to 2014.
I fell in love with the concept, gimmicks, colors, and face about 13 years ago and collected them.
I bought it new at the time and have kept it on display in a dark place away from sunlight.
It's vintage, but the condition is very good.

Novi Stars basically have various gimmicks built in.

A girl with four arms. The doll's arms are rubbery and soft.
Her eyes are sparkling pink and blue two-tone colors.
A nunchaku will be included as a bonus.

This doll is not sold in Japan and is already discontinued, making it a rare item.

Comes with a glow-in-the-dark stand.

"Novi Stars" is a series of dress-up dolls for girls released in 2012 by the American toy company MGA Entertainment. An animated version of the episodes has also been released.

It was announced in July 2012 at a Christmas product exhibition and released in August as a dress-up doll (fashion doll). Videos are distributed on YouTube and other platforms.

The character setting is "Alien girls come to Earth to play and introduce their life on Earth through video blogs," and the animated version is based on those blog videos. The animated version does not currently emphasize the story, but rather takes the form of a "slice-of-life anime" where viewers watch the alien girls excitedly discussing interesting and cute things they see on Earth. The age setting of the characters uses "light years," etc.
