FANTASTIC coat, but I live in Arizona and have never worn this. It is taken in at the waist in the back, can be let out for another 2-3" in the waist. Dark gray, best color is shown in photo with the buttons or tags. I believe italian size 42 is medium but this fits more like a small, maybe xs with the alteration - see measurements.
