Hong Xiang Su pear has an oblong or spindle-shaped fruit with an average weight of 7.1 oz per fruit and a maximum weight of 17.6 oz. The fruit surface is clean, smooth, and has large fruit spots. The skin has a green-yellow base color, and the sun-exposed 2/3 is bright red. The flesh is white, delicate and tender, with few stone cells, abundant juice, a sweet and fragrant taste, and excellent quality. It ripens in August and September and can be stored for 2-3 months at room temperature. This variety has a beautiful appearance, early and high yield, strong adaptability, and is relatively resistant to pear black spot disease.
