This is a vintage, Japanese porcelain ware bowl that was decorated in Hong Kong made specially for Gump's. Gump's is a home décor, jewelry, and gift store that has been in San Francisco since 1861. This bowl is in very excellent, previously-owned condition with some minor signs of age and usage. There are very mild utensil marks inside and some wear on the gold trim; there are also a few naturally occurring "freckles" in the porcelain. There are no chips, cracks, or crazing. It measures approximately 3.5" tall and 8.25" in diameter. Just under 2 pounds.
