This bow tie blouse, released exclusively in stores from 23区's new "Gold Label," uses luxurious, detailed embroidered fabric. It seems to be sold out and difficult to obtain, with a very elaborate construction, including a hidden placket. The bow tie is made with a wide width and can be tied in a ribbon in the front or back. Furthermore, it can be worn either way; by reversing the body, it can be worn as a high-neck with chiffon material, or the bow tie can be wrapped around again to create a tie-like collar.
It is an original material with a textured chiffon crepe fabric cut into strips and embroidered with three-dimensional floral patterns all over. It has a voluminous feel, yet is sheer, light, and soft.
