The EnGenius ENSTATION5-AC KIT is an outdoor 5 GHz wireless bridge package that ships with two matched radios ready for point-to-point or point-to-multipoint links. Each radio contains a dual-polarized antenna that delivers 19 dBi of gain and focuses the signal in a tight beam. With a clear line of sight, the pair can maintain a stable connection out to five miles, a distance that would normally require fiber, trenching, or leased lines. Because the bridge runs in the less crowded 5 GHz band, it avoids much of the interference that can slow 2.4 GHz networks in busy areas.

Set it as an Access Point when you need a sector that clients can join directly, as a Client Bridge when you only want to receive a distant signal, or use WDS links for mesh-style expansion. Central management through the free ezMaster software allows an administrator to monitor performance, push firmware, and adjust settings for up to fifty EnGenius devices from one screen.
