It is a dual purpose DIY kit for assembling a wood router / laser engraver. I personally checked to make sure everything on the instruction list was in the box before packaging it. The fasteners are all in one big bag and looks complete. It comes with a 445nm 12v laser module and router bits for the spindel. It is in fairly new condition with the exception of some dust.
My only concern with this is that a random controller was in the box and looks broken, though the manual as you can see above doesn't contain it, so it didn't belong in the package originally. Just be aware that a controller, while not Included in the package, may be necessary to control it.

was the website I found it on. The items price is in Turkish liras In the amount of 8,545tl on this site being equivalent to about 250 USD. Similar items on amazon will run you about 180-200+ USD.
