All the lights and sounds work for this piece; including the red nose of the clown and the orange light that is inserted into the receptacle. Adapter is included.
1. “WELCOME” sign was broken off but look can be reglued. A chip was painted over in black. See photo #9.
2. Multiple small chips/areas where paint doesn’t meet bottom edge. See photo #10 as an example. Not enough photos allowed to show all areas. These really aren’t very noticeable when building is in its display position.
3. Slight scratches on roof. Photo #11.
Sleeve has wear and tear, especially crumpling at corners.
