This was bought but never used, is what I was told. The person I bought it from said he bought it for his son who immediately lost the charger. It's not scratched up or cracked or anything. Looks great but with no charger I can't guarantee anything as far as it not having any music on it because who knows what happened before the battery died. HOWEVER, if you have a charger and this does not work then I will accept a return.
