Original antique metal long-spout oil can used for industrial and machinery lubrication. This example is stamped Faber Co. Inc., Pittsburgh, and G.F.M. MFG CO, with an address reading 2008–10 N. Front St., Philadelphia, PA.
G.F.M. Manufacturing Company was an early 20th-century American maker of oil cans and lubricators, often producing items for private-label distributors such as Faber Co.
Approximate age: Circa 1905–1925..Material: Steel
The can shows honest age-related wear and patina consistent with over 100 years of use. Stamping is clear and legible. No major dents observed; spout appears original. Empty can. Spout unscrews easily, and there are no leaks in the body. Please see photos for exact condition.
