As shown. See all photos. Missing #8. Published by Nottingham Society. This limited edition set has seen better days, and sadly there are just 9 of 10 books. It is a rare set, 1 of 1000. Some of the spines are splitting, one of the cover boards has detached, all have compromised “leather” spines. So structurally unsound, but not unreadable or entirely tinder. Maybe this is just what someone is searching for. ;) Priced to sell as-is.

Book: 5.75” x 1.75” x 8.5”

“Washington Irving (Apr 3, 1783–Nov 28, 1859) was an American short-story writer, essayist, biographer, historian, and diplomat of the early 19th century. He wrote the short stories "Rip Van Winkle" (1819) and "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" (1820).”
